Hi, I'm a teacher using Teams, during the first few weeks the app was working perfectly as I could see the recordings uploading to Stream and posting themselves on each one of my classes, but after Augthis function became unavailable forcing me and my coworkers to download the recordings to our computers and then uploading them manually to Stream and then posting the link for the video on Teams, this was ok the first day but doing so during various classes became tedious as we were also experiencing issues with Stream not fully uploading the video, so we opted to tell the students to download and view the recordings when they had a chance, it worked fine for about two weeks but now we started to receive complaints from both the students and the parents that the recordings weren't available or got an error message stating the video could not be played on their device, I began investigating and most of the students access their classes through an Iphone, Ipad, Android Phone, Android Tablet or Chromebook and I noticed that little by little these devices became incapable of downloading and playing the class recordings, so I would like to know if something is happening with the Teams app or if there is a workaround for this issue as most of the students at my school depend on these recordings for parents to help them understand their assignments and work with them. The recording will be downloaded from a Teams service running in Azure, it is in that service that the meeting is recorded.
